Article R6153-31 of the French Public Health Code

The exclusion from service referred to in 3° of article R. 6153-29 is pronounced by the director general of the university hospital centre to which the intern belongs, after consultation with the practitioner or pharmacist under whose responsibility the intern is placed during his training period and in the light of the opinion issued by the disciplinary board of the health region within whose jurisdiction the acts complained of occurred.

L’exclusion des fonctions mentionnée au 3° de l’article R. 6153-29 est prononcée par le directeur général du centre hospitalier universitaire de rattachement de l’interne, après consultation du praticien ou du pharmacien sous la responsabilité duquel celui-ci est placé pendant son stage et au vu de l’avis émis par le conseil de discipline de la région sanitaire dans le ressort de laquelle se sont produits les faits reprochés.
