Article R6153-39 of the French Public Health Code

The Board’s opinion is substantiated; it is sent by its Chairman to the Director General of the university hospital centre to which the resident is attached, who informs the resident of his decision.

The opinion is also sent to the director general of the regional health agency, to the head of the organisation or establishment where the disputed facts took place, where applicable to the head of the organisation or establishment in which the resident is carrying out his duties at the time of notification, to the minister responsible for health, as well as to the president of the university and the director of the training and research unit in which the resident is registered.

L’avis du conseil est motivé ; il est adressé par son président au directeur général du centre hospitalier universitaire de rattachement qui informe l’interne de sa décision.

L’avis est également notifié au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé, au responsable de l’organisme ou établissement où se sont déroulés les faits litigieux, le cas échéant au responsable de l’organisme ou établissement dans lequel l’interne exerce ses fonctions au moment de la notification, au ministre chargé de la santé, ainsi qu’au président de l’université et au directeur de l’unité de formation et de recherche où est inscrit l’interne.
