Article R6153-60 of the French Public Health Code

The training periods mentioned in article R. 6153-47, with the exception of the period of study abroad and the training period carried out as an intern, carried out outside the university hospital centre to which they are attached, are organised by agreements concluded in accordance with the procedures laid down by order of the ministers responsible for the budget, higher education, health and, where applicable, defence.

Les stages mentionnés à l’article R. 6153-47, à l’exception de la période d’études à l’étranger et du stage réalisé en qualité de faisant fonction d’interne, effectués en dehors du centre hospitalier universitaire de rattachement, sont organisés par des conventions conclues selon des modalités fixées par arrêté des ministres chargés du budget, de l’enseignement supérieur, de la santé et, le cas échéant, de la défense.
