Article R6153-62 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of articles R. 6142-4 and R. 6142-30 do not apply to the agreements relating to the organisation of hospital placements provided for in article R. 6153-60.

These agreements determine their period of application and the conditions for their revision. They are periodically evaluated by the signatory parties.
