Article R6153-71 of the French Public Health Code

The hospital odontology students mentioned in article R. 6153-63 are subject to the disciplinary system applicable to students. In the event of a disciplinary offence committed by one of these students within the establishment to which he is assigned, the director of the establishment will inform the director of the training and research unit and, if the establishment in question is not the university hospital centre, the director general of this centre.

The director of the establishment may exclude from his establishment any student whose behaviour is such as to compromise the smooth running of the service. He immediately informs the director of the training and research unit so that the situation can be examined jointly.

In the light of the conclusions of this examination, the director of the establishment to which the student is assigned, if this is not the university hospital centre, may place the student concerned at the disposal of the director general of this centre, informing the director of the training and research unit of his decision.

The director of the establishment is informed of any disciplinary sanction imposed on a student assigned to his establishment.

Les étudiants hospitaliers en odontologie mentionnés à l’article R. 6153-63 sont soumis au régime disciplinaire applicable aux étudiants. En cas d’infraction disciplinaire commise par un de ces étudiants à l’intérieur de l’établissement d’affectation, le directeur de l’établissement en avertit le directeur de l’unité de formation et de recherche ainsi que, si l’établissement en cause n’est pas le centre hospitalier universitaire, le directeur général de ce centre.

Le directeur de l’établissement peut exclure de son établissement tout étudiant dont le comportement est de nature à compromettre le bon fonctionnement du service. Il en informe immédiatement le directeur de l’unité de formation et de recherche en vue d’un examen conjoint de la situation.

Au vu des conclusions de cet examen, le directeur de l’établissement d’affectation, si celui-ci n’est pas le centre hospitalier universitaire, peut remettre l’étudiant intéressé à la disposition du directeur général de ce centre en informant de sa décision le directeur de l’unité de formation et de recherche.

Le directeur de l’établissement est informé de toute sanction disciplinaire prononcée à l’encontre d’un étudiant affecté dans son établissement.
