Article R6153-74 of the French Public Health Code

The training periods mentioned in article R. 6153-64, with the exception of the study period abroad, carried out outside the hospital centre to which they are attached, are organised by agreements concluded in accordance with the procedures laid down by order of the ministers responsible for the budget, higher education, health and, where applicable, defence.

Les stages mentionnés à l’article R. 6153-64, à l’exception de la période d’études à l’étranger, effectués en dehors du centre hospitalier de rattachement, sont organisés par des conventions conclues selon des modalités fixées par arrêté des ministres chargés du budget, de l’enseignement supérieur, de la santé et, le cas échéant, de la défense.
