The director general of the university hospital centre to which the candidate is attached will inform the director of the Val-de-Grâce School of the disciplinary proceedings he has decided to initiate against the army hospital intern or assistant and will send him the candidate’s file. A representative of the armed forces health service may attend meetings of the disciplinary board in an advisory capacity.
When a sanction has been pronounced by the director general of the regional university hospital centre to which the intern or assistant is attached, it will be communicated to the director of the Ecole du Val-de-Grâce, at the same time and in the same way as to the president of the university to which the person concerned is attached.
The suspension of activity provided for in articles R. 6153-1-20 and R. 6153-40 does not prevent an intern or assistant in an army hospital from continuing his or her military activities.
This suspension and the reasons for it are communicated to the Director of the Val-de-Grâce School.
The army hospital intern or assistant may be suspended in accordance with article L. 4137-5 of the Defence Code.
