Article R6153-94 of the French Public Health Code

Student doctors, pharmacists and dental surgeons of the Armed Forces Health Service Schools who are hospital students remain subject to their status and continue to receive their pay.

Without prejudice to compliance with the obligations laid down by the general status of military personnel and the specific provisions laid down in this chapter, the following shall apply:

a) To student doctors, the provisions of section 2 of this chapter, with the exception of articles R. 6153-58, R. 6153-59, R. 6153-62-1 ;

b) For dental surgeon students, the provisions of section 3 of this chapter, with the exception of articles R. 6153-72, R. 6153-73, R. 6153-76-1;

c) For student pharmacists, the provisions of section 4 of this chapter, with the exception of articles R. 6153-84 to R. 6153-87, R. 6153-90 and R. 6153-91-1.

Article R6153-94

Les élèves médecins, pharmaciens et chirurgiens-dentistes des écoles du service de santé des armées ayant la qualité d’étudiants hospitaliers restent soumis à leur statut et continuent de percevoir leur solde.

Sans préjudice du respect des obligations prévues par le statut général des militaires et des dispositions spécifiques prévues au présent chapitre, sont applicables :

a) Aux élèves médecins les dispositions de la section 2 du présent chapitre, à l’exception des articles R. 6153-58, R. 6153-59, R. 6153-62-1 ;

b) Aux élèves chirurgiens-dentistes les dispositions de la section 3 du présent chapitre, à l’exception des articles R. 6153-72, R. 6153-73, R. 6153-76-1 ;

c) Aux élèves pharmaciens les dispositions de la section 4 du présent chapitre, à l’exception des articles R. 6153-84 à R. 6153-87, R. 6153-90 et R. 6153-91-1.
