A single polling station is set up for the elections to the national statutory commission. It shall comprise a chairman and a secretary appointed by the Director General of the Centre National de Gestion and a delegate from each list. If a list does not appoint a delegate, the polling station is validly composed without this delegate.
If the chairman is absent or unable to attend, he is replaced by the secretary of the polling station.
The counting of votes takes place within a period that may not exceed three working days from the closing date of the election. The polling station shall count the votes, announce the results and draw up the minutes.
The counting of votes and the announcement of the results are public.
