Article R6156-57 of the French Public Health Code

For the purposes of measuring the representativeness of trade union organisations, where a joint list has been drawn up by trade union organisations, the votes cast are apportioned between them on the basis indicated by them and made public when the list was submitted.

This breakdown is attached to the list of candidates. In the absence of such an indication, the distribution of votes is made in equal shares between the trade union organisations concerned. This distribution is indicated on the candidate lists that are posted and on the minutes of the electoral operations.

Article R6156-57
