Article R6156-69 of the French Public Health Code

When the national status committee is called upon to give an opinion on the professional inadequacy of a practitioner under the conditions set out in article R. 6152-80 or R. 6152-255, it sits with the following composition:

1° The chairman or his alternate;

2° The members representing the administration;

3° Elected members representing hospital practitioners from the section in which the practitioner who is the subject of the procedure practices.

Lorsque la commission statutaire nationale est appelée à donner un avis sur l’insuffisance professionnelle d’un praticien dans les conditions fixées à l’article R. 6152-80 ou R. 6152-255, elle siège dans la composition suivante :

1° Le président ou son suppléant ;

2° Les membres représentant l’administration ;

3° Les membres élus représentant les praticiens hospitaliers de la section dans laquelle exerce le praticien faisant l’objet de la procédure.
