All correspondence or documents relating to proceedings before the National Institute of Industrial Property provided for in this Book shall be filed at the registered office of the Institute or shall be sent there by post or by any means of teletransmission under the conditions defined by decision of its Director General. The date of filing shall be the date of receipt at the registered office of the Institute.
The Director General of the National Institute of Industrial Property may require filing in electronic form where this is likely to facilitate the examination and publication of such documents.
The Institute shall provide assistance to applicants by any appropriate means, specified by decision of its Director General.
