Where the College sets up a specialised commission, it shall determine :
1° The matters in respect of which it empowers the commission to take individual decisions. Such decisions may not relate to the matters referred to in II of Article L. 621-14.
2° Its composition. In addition to the chairman, each specialised committee comprises at least five members.
3° The period for which it authorises it to take the decisions mentioned in 1°.
This decision is published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
Where several specialised commissions are authorised to deal with the same matter, the AMF Chairman shall divide the cases between them.
The AMF Chairman shall report to the next meeting of the Board on the decisions taken by each specialised commission.
