Article R621-47 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Contractual public-sector employees and private-sector employees of the Autorité des marchés financiers may be employed on a full-time or part-time basis, for a fixed or indefinite period.

Civil servants, judges or military personnel may be seconded or made available to the Autorité des marchés financiers under the conditions laid down in their respective statutes.

The Autorité des marchés financiers may make contractual public-sector employees and private-sector employees available to another public-sector employer, or have personnel made available to it by another public-sector employer. Such secondments shall be the subject of an agreement between the Autorité des marchés financiers and the other employer.

Les agents contractuels de droit public et les salariés de droit privé de l’Autorité des marchés financiers peuvent être employés à temps plein ou à temps partiel, pour une durée déterminée ou indéterminée.

Des fonctionnaires, des magistrats ou des militaires peuvent être détachés ou mis à disposition auprès de l’Autorité des marchés financiers dans les conditions prévues par leur statut respectif.

L’Autorité des marchés financiers peut mettre à disposition des agents contractuels de droit public et des salariés de droit privé auprès d’un autre employeur public ou se voir mettre à disposition du personnel par un autre employeur public. Ces mises à dispositions font l’objet d’une convention conclue entre l’autorité des marchés financiers et l’autre employeur.
