Article R621-7 of the French Commercial code

The court clerk shall without delay send a copy of the judgment initiating the proceedings:

1° To the designated judicial representatives;

2° To the public prosecutor;

3° To the departmental or, where appropriate, regional director of public finance of the department in which the debtor has his registered office and to that of the department in which the principal place of business is located.

Le greffier adresse sans délai une copie du jugement ouvrant la procédure :

1° Aux mandataires de justice désignés ;

2° Au procureur de la République ;

3° Au directeur départemental ou, le cas échéant, régional des finances publiques du département dans lequel le débiteur a son siège et à celui du département où se trouve le principal établissement.
