Article R622-6 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The articles R. 411-19 to R. 411-26, R. 612-1 (2nd paragraph), R. 612-2, R. 612-38, R. 613-45, R. 613-53 to R. 613-59, R. 615-1 to R. 615-4, and R. 618-1 to R. 618-3 are applicable to the conditions under which filings are received, rights attached thereto are transferred or amended, notifications from the Institut national de la propriété industrielle are issued and litigation is settled.

For the application of Articles R. 613-53 to R. 613-59, the National Register referred to in the said Articles shall comprise a section known as the National Register of Deposits of Topographies of Semiconductor Products. The first entry provided for in Article R. 613-53 relates to the contents of the declaration of filing, supplemented by the dates and references of the filing and its registration.

Les articles R. 411-19 à R. 411-26, R. 612-1 (2e alinéa), R. 612-2, R. 612-38, R. 613-45, R. 613-53 à R. 613-59, R. 615-1 à R. 615-4, et R. 618-1 à R. 618-3 sont applicables aux conditions dans lesquelles sont reçus les dépôts, transmis ou modifiés les droits qui y sont attachés, émises les notifications de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle et réglé le contentieux.

Pour l’application des articles R. 613-53 à R. 613-59, le Registre national visé auxdits articles comporte une section dite Registre national des dépôts de topographies de produits semi-conducteurs. La première inscription prévue à l’article R. 613-53 porte sur le contenu de la déclaration de dépôt, complétée par les dates et références du dépôt et de son enregistrement.
