Article R6223-1 of the French Labour Code

During the term of the apprenticeship contract, the employer shall provide, at the request of the Labour Inspectorate, the mission responsible for educational supervision referred to in article R. 6251-1 or the bodies responsible for filing the apprenticeship contract, the documents needed to certify compliance with the declarations contained in the apprenticeship contract provided for in article L. 6222-4, the training agreement provided for in article L. 6353-1 and, where applicable, the agreement to adapt the duration of the apprenticeship contract provided for in article L. 6222-7-1.

Article R6223-1

Pendant la durée du contrat d’apprentissage, l’employeur fournit, à la demande de l’inspection du travail, de la mission chargée du contrôle pédagogique mentionnée à l’article R. 6251-1 ou des organismes en charge du dépôt du contrat d’apprentissage, les pièces permettant d’attester du respect des déclarations figurant dans le contrat d’apprentissage prévu à l’article L. 6222-4, la convention de formation prévue à l’article L. 6353-1 et, le cas échéant, la convention d’aménagement de la durée du contrat d’apprentissage prévue à l’article L. 6222-7-1.
