Article R6223-12 of the French Labour Code

As soon as it has been signed, the agreement is sent by the employer to the director of the apprentice training centre, to the body responsible for registering the apprentice and, where applicable, to the educational supervisory body referred to in article R. 6251-1.

Dès sa conclusion, la convention est adressée par l’employeur au directeur du centre de formation d’apprentis, à l’organisme en charge du dépôt ainsi que, le cas échéant, à la mission chargée du contrôle pédagogique mentionnée à l’article R. 6251-1.
