Article R6223-16 of the French Labour Code

The hiring of apprentices by a company may be opposed in accordance with the procedure laid down in article L. 6225-1, if it is found that the conditions under which part of the training is provided in one or more other companies do not allow the apprenticeship contract to run smoothly.

L’engagement d’apprentis par une entreprise peut faire l’objet d’une décision d’opposition selon la procédure prévue à l’article L. 6225-1, lorsqu’il s’avère que les conditions dans lesquelles une partie de la formation est dispensée dans une ou plusieurs autres entreprises ne permettent pas le bon déroulement du contrat d’apprentissage.
