Article R6223-52 of the French Public Health Code

The company is in liquidation as soon as it is dissolved for any reason whatsoever or as soon as the court decision declaring it null and void has become final.

The legal personality of the company continues for the purposes of the liquidation, until the liquidation is completed.

The company name must be followed by the words: “company in liquidation”.

La société est en liquidation dès sa dissolution pour quelque cause que ce soit ou dès que la décision judiciaire déclarant sa nullité est devenue définitive.

La personnalité morale de la société subsiste pour les besoins de la liquidation, jusqu’à la clôture de celle-ci.

La dénomination sociale est obligatoirement suivie de la mention : ” société en liquidation “.
