Article R6223-72 of the French Public Health Code

Cooperative societies of medical biologists are administered by one or more representatives, who are natural persons chosen from among the members acting unanimously. The term of office, which may not exceed six years, is set by the articles of association. In companies with more than two members, the dismissal of the representative may be decided by the other members acting unanimously.

Les sociétés coopératives de biologistes médicaux sont administrées par un ou plusieurs mandataires, personnes physiques choisies parmi les associés statuant à l’unanimité. La durée du mandat, qui ne peut excéder six ans, est fixée par les statuts. Dans les sociétés comportant plus de deux membres, la révocation du mandataire peut être prononcée par les autres associés à l’unanimité.
