Article R6223-9 of the French Public Health Code

If one or more of the members practising their profession within the company is removed from the scope of the agreement, without withdrawing from the company, and if the other members fail, under the conditions laid down in the Articles of Association, to suspend the practice of these professionals within the framework of the company for the duration of the removal, the company is automatically removed from the scope of the agreement for the same duration on expiry of a period of two months from the notification provided for in article R. 6223-10. The company’s withdrawal from the agreement is subject to the same appeal procedures as those applicable to professionals.

The provisions of the previous paragraph only apply in the event of a decision to decertify the company for a period of more than three months or in the event of a repeat of the breaches that led to the first decision to decertify the company, regardless of the duration.

En cas de déconventionnement d’un ou plusieurs des associés exerçant leur profession au sein de la société, sans que ceux-ci ne se retirent de la société, et faute pour les autres associés, dans les conditions prévues par les statuts, de suspendre pour la durée de la mise hors convention l’exercice de ces professionnels dans le cadre de la société, celle-ci est placée de droit hors convention pour la même durée à l’expiration d’un délai de deux mois à compter de la notification prévue à l’article R. 6223-10. Le déconventionnement de la société est soumis aux mêmes voies de recours que le déconventionnement dont font l’objet les professionnels.

Les dispositions de l’alinéa précédent ne s’appliquent qu’en cas de déconventionnement d’une durée supérieure à trois mois ou en cas de récidive des manquements ayant entraîné un premier déconventionnement, quelle qu’en soit la durée.
