Article R6226-6 of the French Labour Code

In application of article L. 6223-5, the apprentice master appointed within the user company contributes to the acquisition by the apprentice in this company of the skills corresponding to the qualification sought and the title or diploma prepared, in liaison with the apprentice master appointed within the temporary work company and with the apprentice training centre.

The apprentice master appointed within the user company must meet the conditions imposed by article L. 6223-8-1.

For the application of article R. 6223-6 to the user undertaking, the apprentice made available by a temporary employment undertaking is taken into account when calculating the maximum number of apprentices per apprentice master.

The exemption from the ban on night work by apprentices, provided for in article L. 6222-26, is carried out under the responsibility of the apprentice master appointed within the user undertaking.

En application de l’article L. 6223-5, le maître d’apprentissage nommé au sein de l’entreprise utilisatrice contribue à l’acquisition par l’apprenti dans cette entreprise des compétences correspondant à la qualification recherchée et au titre ou diplôme préparé, en liaison avec le maître d’apprentissage désigné au sein de l’entreprise de travail temporaire et avec le centre de formation d’apprentis.

Le maître d’apprentissage nommé au sein de l’entreprise utilisatrice doit remplir les conditions imposées par l’article L. 6223-8-1.

Pour l’application de l’article R. 6223-6 à l’entreprise utilisatrice, l’apprenti mis à disposition par une entreprise de travail temporaire est pris en compte dans le calcul du nombre maximal d’apprentis par maître d’apprentissage.

La dérogation à l’interdiction du travail de nuit des apprentis, prévue à l’article L. 6222-26, est accomplie sous la responsabilité du maître d’apprentissage nommé au sein de l’entreprise utilisatrice.
