Once the various investigative measures decided by the person in charge of the tasks falling within the remit of the national plant variety authority have been completed, a summary report summarising the results of the investigation is notified to the holder of the application, who has two months in which to submit his observations. During this period, he may inspect the entire examination file with the person in charge of the tasks assigned to the national plant variety authority.
Any person who has submitted observations under the conditions prescribed by this section and by the orders of the Minister of Agriculture which may be issued for its application shall be informed of the conclusions of the report concerning his intervention. At his request, the person in charge of the tasks falling within the remit of the national plant variety authority may authorise him to acquaint himself with the file relating to this intervention. It may submit new observations within the same time limit as above.
