Article R6241-28-1 of the French Labour Code

If it is impossible to pay the funds to an establishment to which they have been allocated in application of this sub-section, in particular because the establishment has not entered its bank details or has done so incorrectly, or because it has definitively ceased trading, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations will allocate the corresponding sums among the other establishments in accordance with the procedures set out in the first paragraph of Article R. 6241-28.

The funds that could not be paid to the recipient establishments before the latest of the dates mentioned in the third paragraph of article R. 6241-28-2, are kept within the fund mentioned in the second paragraph of II of article L. 6131-4 and are allocated the following year by the Caisse des dépôts et consignations to the authorised establishments in accordance with the procedures set out in article R. 6241-28.

En cas d’impossibilité de verser les fonds à un établissement auquel ils ont été affectés en application de la présente sous-section, en raison notamment de l’absence ou d’erreurs de saisie par l’établissement de ses coordonnées bancaires ou de la cessation définitive de son activité, la Caisse des dépôts et consignations affecte les sommes correspondantes entre les autres établissements selon les modalités prévues au premier alinéa de l’article R. 6241-28.

Les fonds qui n’ont pas pu être versés aux établissements destinataires avant la plus tardive des dates mentionnées au troisième alinéa de l’article R. 6241-28-2, sont conservés au sein du fonds mentionné au deuxième alinéa du II de l’article L. 6131-4 et sont affectés l’année suivante par la Caisse des dépôts et consignations aux établissements habilités selon les modalités prévues à l’article R. 6241-28.
