Article R628-13 of the French Commercial code

In the case provided for in the third paragraph of Article L. 628-1, the notice of the opening judgment sent for insertion in the Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales and in a legal notices medium contains, in addition to the information provided for in the fifth and sixth paragraphs of Article R. 621-8, a reproduction of the provisions of the third paragraph of Article L. 628-1.

Dans le cas prévu au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 628-1, l’avis du jugement d’ouverture adressé pour insertion au Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales et dans un support d’annonces légales contient, outre les informations prévues par les cinquième et sixième alinéas de l’article R. 621-8, la reproduction des dispositions du troisième alinéa de l’article L. 628-1.
