Article R631-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

When at least four of the members of the Haut Conseil de Stabilité Financière mentioned in 1° to 4° of Article L. 631-2 are of the same sex, each of the authorities mentioned in the sixth paragraph of the same Article shall appoint a qualified person of the other sex.

Lorsque quatre au moins des membres du Haut Conseil de stabilité financière mentionnés aux 1° à 4° de l’article L. 631-2 sont de même sexe, chacune des autorités mentionnées au sixième alinéa du même article désigne une personnalité qualifiée de l’autre sexe.
