Article R631-7-1-A of the French Commercial code

For the application of the second paragraph of Article L. 631-7, the chairman shall have the court clerk summon the debtor, the judicial representatives and the auditors to the hearing and shall notify the public prosecutor of the date of the hearing.

The court rules on the request to extend the observation period after hearing the observations of the debtor, the administrator, the judicial representative and the auditors.
The decision to extend the observation period is communicated to the persons mentioned in article R. 621-7 and to the auditors. It is mentioned in the registers provided for in the first four paragraphs of article R. 621-8.

Article R631-7-1-A

Pour l’application du deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 631-7, le président fait convoquer par le greffier à l’audience le débiteur, les mandataires de justice, les contrôleurs et avise de la date de l’audience le ministère public.

Le tribunal statue sur la demande de prolongation de la période d’observation après avoir entendu les observations du débiteur, de l’administrateur, du mandataire judiciaire et des contrôleurs.

La décision prolongeant la période d’observation est communiquée aux personnes mentionnées à l’article R. 621-7 et aux contrôleurs. Elle est mentionnée aux registres prévus aux quatre premiers alinéas de l’article R. 621-8.
