Article R6311-31 of the French Public Health Code

The regional health agency for the zone organises and implements the necessary back-up for the cells in the event of a disaster occurring in its defence zone, in accordance with the procedures defined in the zonal mobilisation plan. To this end, it draws up the medical-psychological section of the zonal mobilisation plan, relying in particular on the medical-psychological emergency unit mentioned in article R. 6311-30.

Article R6311-31

L’agence régionale de santé de zone organise et met en place le renfort nécessaire aux cellules en cas de catastrophe survenue dans sa zone de défense, selon des modalités définies dans le plan zonal de mobilisation. A ce titre, elle élabore le volet médico-psychologique du plan zonal de mobilisation en s’appuyant notamment sur la cellule d’urgence médico-psychologique mentionnée à l’article R. 6311-30.
