Persons who have been granted authorisation to place in service and whose application for authorisation has been rejected have a period of at least two months, set by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, in which to meet the conditions that were not met in order to obtain authorisation and submit a new application. In the event of a further refusal, the authorisations to place in service the vehicles for which approval was sought lapse.

Article R6312-40
