Article R6312-41 of the French Public Health Code

In the event of the unlimited withdrawal of authorisation, pronounced in application of articles L. 6312-3 or L. 6312-5 or of article R. 6312-5, the authorisations for the person concerned to commence service are withdrawn.

The same applies when a person carries out medical transport despite the temporary withdrawal of their authorisation.

Article R6312-41

En cas de retrait sans limitation de durée de l’agrément, prononcé en application des articles L. 6312-3 ou L. 6312-5 ou de l’article R. 6312-5, les autorisations de mise en service dont bénéficie la personne concernée sont retirées.

Il en est de même lorsqu’une personne effectue des transports sanitaires en dépit du retrait temporaire d’agrément dont elle fait l’objet.
