Article R642-12 of the French Commercial code

The inalienability measure provided for in Article L. 642-10 is, at the behest of the administrator or, failing this, the liquidator, mentioned in the public registers in which the assets declared inalienable and the rights encumbering them are recorded.

Failing this, it is mentioned in the register provided for in Article R. 521-1 if the debtor is registered in the Trade and Companies Register, or, as the case may be, in the registers mentioned in the second and third paragraphs of Article R. 621-8.

The publicity mentions the duration of the inalienability.

Article R642-12

La mesure d’inaliénabilité prévue à l’article L. 642-10 est, à la diligence de l’administrateur ou, à défaut, du liquidateur, mentionnée aux registres publics sur lesquels les biens déclarés inaliénables et les droits qui les grèvent sont inscrits.

A défaut, elle est mentionnée au registre prévu à l’article R. 521-1 si le débiteur est immatriculé au registre du commerce et des sociétés, ou, selon le cas, aux registres mentionnés aux deuxième et troisième alinéas de l’article R. 621-8.

La publicité mentionne la durée de l’inaliénabilité.
