Article R642-25 of the French Commercial code

The pursuer or the appointed notary shall draw up a book of conditions of sale.

By exception to Article R. 322-10 of the Code des procédures civiles d’exécution, the schedule of conditions of sale contains:

1° A statement of the order that ordered the sale with a mention of its publication;

2° A description of the property to be sold, the origin of ownership, the easements encumbering the property, the leases granted over it and the description report;

3° A mention of the reserve price, the conditions of the sale and the terms of payment of the price in accordance with the rules set out in the second paragraph of article R. 643-3.

Le poursuivant ou le notaire commis établit un cahier des conditions de vente.

Par exception à l’article R. 322-10 du code des procédures civiles d’exécution, le cahier des conditions de vente contient :

1° L’énonciation de l’ordonnance qui a ordonné la vente avec la mention de sa publication ;

2° La désignation de l’immeuble à vendre, l’origine de propriété, les servitudes grevant l’immeuble, les baux consentis sur celui-ci et le procès-verbal de description ;

3° La mention de la mise à prix, des conditions de la vente et des modalités de paiement du prix selon les règles prévues au deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 643-3.
