Article R6423-5 of the French Labour Code

The regional committee for employment, training and vocational guidance and France Compétences are responsible for statistical monitoring of the progress of candidates for validation of prior learning, from the submission of the application for admissibility to the additional checks provided for in the sixth paragraph of II ofarticle L. 335-5 of the Education Code or in the third paragraph ofarticle L. 613-4 of the same code.

At regional level, the authorities or public and private bodies responsible for examining applications for validation and issuing certification, as well as the bodies responsible for supporting candidates, are required to transmit their anonymised data in accordance with the procedures established by the regional committee for employment, vocational training and guidance.

In application of 6° of article L. 6123-5, France Compétences ensures the harmonisation of the categories of data collected by the automated regional information processing systems in order to enable both the longitudinal monitoring of the paths taken by candidates for the validation of prior learning and the monitoring of the annual numbers accepted at each stage of the system.

Le comité régional de l’emploi, de la formation et de l’orientation professionnelles et France Compétences assurent le suivi statistique du parcours des candidats à la validation des acquis de l’expérience depuis le dépôt du dossier de recevabilité de la demande jusqu’au contrôle complémentaire prévu au sixième alinéa du II de l’article L. 335-5 du code de l’éducation ou au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 613-4 du même code.

Au niveau régional, les autorités ou organismes publics et privés en charge d’instruire les dossiers de recevabilité de la demande de validation et de délivrer la certification ainsi que les organismes en charge de l’accompagnement des candidats sont tenus de transmettre leurs données anonymisées selon des modalités établies par le comité régional de l’emploi, de la formation et de l’orientation professionnelles.

En application du 6° de l’article L. 6123-5, France Compétences veille à l’harmonisation des catégories de données collectées par les systèmes automatisés de traitement d’informations régionales afin de permettre à la fois le suivi longitudinal des parcours des candidats à la validation des acquis de l’expérience et le suivi des effectifs annuels accueillis à chaque étape du dispositif.
