Article R6441-1 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of articles R. 6312-44 to R. 6312-48 to French Polynesia:

1° The reference to the Highway Code is replaced by the reference to locally applicable provisions having the same purpose;

2° The reference to the Prefect is replaced by the reference to the representative of the State in the local authority.

Pour l’application des articles R. 6312-44 à R. 6312-48 à la Polynésie française :
