Article R645-18 of the French Commercial code

The closing judgement is notified to the debtor and communicated to the public prosecutor by the court clerk. At their request, creditors whose debts are wiped out may obtain a certified extract of the judgment from the court clerk.

Le jugement de clôture est notifié au débiteur et communiqué au ministère public par le greffier. A leur demande, les créanciers dont les dettes sont effacées peuvent obtenir du greffier un extrait certifié conforme du jugement.
