Article R645-20 of the French Commercial code

Articles R. 643-21 and R. 643-22 are applicable when the court pronounces the closure of the professional recovery procedure without liquidation. The judicial representative or the person chosen on the basis of the first paragraph of II or III of Article L. 812-2 performs the functions assigned by article R. 643-21 to the liquidator.

Les articles R. 643-21 et R. 643-22 sont applicables lorsque le tribunal prononce la clôture de la procédure de rétablissement professionnel sans liquidation. Le mandataire judiciaire ou la personne choisie sur le fondement du premier alinéa du II ou du III de l’article L. 812-2 exerce les fonctions attribuées par l’article R. 643-21 au liquidateur judiciaire.
