Article R645-24 of the French Commercial code

When the judicial representative or the person chosen on the basis of the first paragraph of II or III of article L. 812-2 has completed his assignment, he shall file an end-of-assignment report with the court clerk’s office, including details of his disbursements, and shall provide the president of the court with a copy of this report and a copy of the report referred to in Article R. 645-13.

The president of the court, on the observations of the assigned judge, shall set by order the amount of the sum allocated to the judicial representative or to the person chosen on the basis of the first paragraph of II or III of article L. 812-2, in accordance with the provisions of the last three paragraphs of article R. 663-41. This order is not subject to appeal.

Lorsque le mandataire judiciaire ou la personne choisie sur le fondement du premier alinéa du II ou du III de l’article L. 812-2 a accompli sa mission, il dépose au greffe un compte rendu de fin de mission comprenant le détail de ses débours et remet au président du tribunal une copie de ce compte rendu ainsi qu’une copie du rapport mentionné à l’article R. 645-13.

Le président du tribunal, sur les observations du juge commis, fixe par ordonnance le montant de la somme allouée au mandataire judiciaire ou à la personne choisie sur le fondement du premier alinéa du II ou du III de l’article L. 812-2, conformément aux dispositions des trois derniers alinéas de l’article R. 663-41. Cette ordonnance n’est pas susceptible de recours.
