Article R645-8 of the French Commercial code

The acts necessary for the conservation of the debtor’s rights and the preservation of his assets are the subject of a report submitted to the judge assigned, a copy of which is sent to the Public Prosecutor’s Office by the judicial representative or by the person chosen on the basis of the first paragraph of II or III of Article L. 812-2.

Les actes nécessaires à la conservation des droits du débiteur et à la préservation de ses biens font l’objet d’un compte rendu remis au juge commis dont copie est transmise au ministère public par le mandataire judiciaire ou par la personne choisie sur le fondement du premier alinéa du II ou du III de l’article L. 812-2.
