Article R6451-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The Prefect of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon may suspend the application of the agreement provided for in Article R. 6451-3 when it observes serious deterioration in the operation of the teletransmission system, or when it is prevented from taking cognisance of the documents transmitted, or when the system no longer meets the conditions for approval defined in Article R. 6451-1. The authorities concerned are notified in writing of any suspension. The documents will then be sent on paper.

Article R6451-4

Le préfet de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon peut suspendre l’application de la convention prévue à l’article R. 6451-3 lorsqu’il constate des altérations graves du fonctionnement du dispositif de télétransmission ou qu’il est empêché de prendre connaissance des actes transmis ou que ce dispositif ne satisfait plus aux conditions d’homologation définies à l’article R. 6451-1. Toute suspension fait l’objet d’une notification écrite aux autorités concernées. Il est dès lors procédé à la transmission des actes sur support papier.
