Article R651-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The provisions of this book are applicable by operation of law in Guadeloupe, subject to the adaptations provided for in this title:
1° In Article R. 610-1, the reference to Article R. 614-1 is deleted;
2° Article R. 614-1 is not applicable;
3° In Article R. 615-2, the words: “and the transfer decision provided for in Article L. 572-1” are deleted;
4° In Article R. 621-2, the words: “Subject to the provisions of Article R. 621-4,” are deleted;
5° Article R. 621-4 is not applicable.

Les dispositions du présent livre sont applicables de plein droit en Guadeloupe, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au présent titre :
1° A l’article R. 610-1, la référence à l’article R. 614-1 est supprimée ;
2° L’article R. 614-1 n’est pas applicable ;
3° A l’article R. 615-2, les mots : ” et de la décision de transfert prévue à l’article L. 572-1 ” sont supprimés ;
4° A l’article R. 621-2, les mots : ” Sous réserve des dispositions de l’article R. 621-4, ” sont supprimés ;
5° L’article R. 621-4 n’est pas applicable.
