Article R651-11 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The provisions of this book are automatically applicable to Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, subject to the adaptations provided for in this title:
1° In Article R. 615-2, the words: “and the transfer decision provided for in Article L. 572-1” are deleted;
2° In Article R. 621-2, the words: “Subject to the provisions of article R. 621-4,” are deleted;
3° Article R. 621-4 is not applicable;
4° In article R. 632-4, the words: “judicial court of the county town of the department” are replaced by the words: “court of first instance”.

Les dispositions du présent livre sont applicables de plein droit à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au présent titre :
1° A l’article R. 615-2, les mots : ” et de la décision de transfert prévue à l’article L. 572-1 ” sont supprimés ;
2° A l’article R. 621-2, les mots : ” Sous réserve des dispositions de l’article R. 621-4, ” sont supprimés ;
3° L’article R. 621-4 n’est pas applicable ;
4° A l’article R. 632-4, les mots : ” tribunal judiciaire du chef-lieu du département ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” tribunal de première instance “.
