Article R653-3 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of this book in Saint-Martin:
1° The references to the Prefect are replaced by the reference to the Representative of the State in Saint-Martin;
2° In Article R. 615-2, the words: “and the transfer decision provided for in Article L. 572-1” are deleted;
3° In Article R. 621-2, the words: “Subject to the provisions of Article R. 621-4,” are deleted.
