Article R662-12-1 of the French Commercial code

The note by which the president of the court informs the public prosecutor, in accordance with articles L. 631-3-1 or L. 640-3-1, is communicated to the latter by the court registrar. Where applicable, it is attached to the summons that the Public Prosecutor issues to bring the case before the court or to the summons sent to the debtor pursuant to article R. 631-4.

La note par laquelle le président du tribunal informe le ministère public, conformément aux articles L. 631-3-1 ou L. 640-3-1, est communiquée à ce dernier par le greffier du tribunal. Le cas échéant, elle est jointe à l’assignation que le ministère public délivre pour saisir le tribunal ou à la convocation adressée au débiteur en application de l’article R. 631-4.
