Article R663-1-1 of the French Commercial code

The liquidator shall at any time, at the request of the juge-commissaire or the procureur de la République, submit a statement of foreseeable legal costs, which shall include:

1° Details of foreseeable disbursements and emoluments, with reference to the tariff provided for by law;

2° The foreseeable remuneration that the mandataire de justice will deduct from his remuneration for the benefit of an outside party under the mandate, pursuant to Articles L. 811-1 and L. 812-1 ;

3° The foreseeable remuneration of the experts appointed by the court and the technicians appointed by the official receiver, including public or ministerial officers;

4° Where applicable, the amount of the advances to be credited against the remuneration of the mandataire judiciaire and the liquidator, which have been fixed by the president of the court on the proposal of the official receiver pursuant to Article R. 663-36.

Article R663-1-1

Le liquidateur remet à tout moment, sur demande du juge-commissaire ou du procureur de la République, un état de frais de justice prévisibles qui comporte :

1° Le détail des débours et des émoluments prévisibles, avec la référence au tarif prévu par les textes ;

2° Les rétributions prévisibles que le mandataire de justice prélèvera sur sa rémunération au profit d’un intervenant extérieur au titre du mandat, en application des articles L. 811-1 et L. 812-1 ;

3° La rémunération prévisible des experts désignés par le tribunal et des techniciens désignés par le juge-commissaire, y compris les officiers publics ou ministériels ;

4° Le cas échéant, le montant des acomptes à valoir sur la rémunération du mandataire judiciaire et du liquidateur, qui ont été fixés par le président du tribunal sur proposition du juge-commissaire en application de l’article R. 663-36.
