Article R663-28 of the French Commercial code

The liquidator shall be allocated, in respect of a mission to administer the company where the continuation of the business has been authorised pursuant to Article L. 641-10, a fee determined by an order issued pursuant to Article L. 444-3 on the basis of turnover.

Il est alloué au liquidateur, au titre d’une mission d’administration de l’entreprise lorsque le maintien de l’activité a été autorisé en application de l’article L. 641-10, un émolument déterminé par un arrêté pris en application de l’article L. 444-3 en fonction du chiffre d’affaires.
