I.-The emoluments of the court-appointed administrator are, for the performance of the duties resulting from the application of Titles II to IV of Book VI of the legislative part of this code, subject to the rules set out in the following articles.
II.-For the purposes of this section:
a) The amount of turnover is defined exclusive of tax in accordance with the provisions of the sixth paragraph of Article D. 123-200. It is assessed on the closing date of the last accounting period. For the application of articles R. 663-5 to R. 663-8 and R. 663-28, the turnover is that achieved during the observation period or the period of continued activity. Where the debtor is a non-trading legal person governed by private law, the reference to turnover is, where applicable, replaced by a reference to resources excluding tax or income excluding tax;
b) The balance sheet total is defined in accordance with the provisions of the fifth paragraph of Article D. 123-200 and assessed on the closing date of the last accounting period;
c) The number of employees is the number of employees employed by the debtor on the date of the application to open proceedings, determined in accordance with the provisions of 4° of Article R. 621-1.
