Article R663-30 of the French Commercial code

The liquidator shall be allocated, following the distributions to the creditors mentioned in Article L. 622-24 and payments of the claims referred to in I of Article L. 641-13, a fee determined by an order made pursuant to Article L. 444-3, based on the cumulative amount of sums collected by all creditors or deposited with the Caisse des dépôts et consignations.

When no distribution is made between several of these creditors, only one of them being able to receive a payment, this remuneration is reduced by half.

Il est alloué au liquidateur, au terme des répartitions aux créanciers mentionnés à l’article L. 622-24 et des paiements des créances mentionnées au I de l’article L. 641-13, un émolument déterminé par un arrêté pris en application de l’article L. 444-3, en fonction du montant cumulé des sommes encaissées par l’ensemble des créanciers ou consignées à la Caisse des dépôts et consignations.

Lorsqu’il n’est pas fait de répartition entre plusieurs de ces créanciers, un seul d’entre eux étant en mesure de percevoir un versement, cette rémunération est réduite de moitié.
