Article R690-1 of the French Commercial code

Other than the documents mentioned in articles R. 621-1, R. 631-1 or R. 640-1, the following documents shall be attached to the application to open insolvency proceedings:

1° Any information enabling the location of the centre of main interests to be determined;

2° Any information relating to any transfers of registered office in the three months preceding the application to open;

3° Any information relating to transfers of assets in the three months preceding the application to open;

4° Any information relating to establishments and assets located within the territory of another Member State;

5° Any information relating to integration into a group of companies.

Outre les documents mentionnés aux articles R. 621-1, R. 631-1 ou R. 640-1, sont jointes à la demande d’ouverture d’une procédure d’insolvabilité les pièces suivantes :

1° Tout élément permettant de déterminer la localisation du centre des intérêts principaux ;

2° Toute information relative aux éventuels transferts de siège dans les trois mois précédant la demande d’ouverture ;

3° Toute information relative aux transferts d’actifs dans les trois mois précédant la demande d’ouverture ;

4° Toute information relative aux établissements et aux actifs situés sur le territoire d’un autre Etat membre ;

5° Toute information relative à l’intégration dans un groupe de sociétés.
