The decision imposing an obligation to leave French territory is deemed to have been executed on the date on which one of the following stamps has been affixed to the travel documents of the foreign national who is the subject of it:
1° The stamp referred to in Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2016/399 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016 on a Union Code on the rules governing the movement of persons across borders (Schengen Borders Code) when crossing the external borders of the States party to the Convention signed in Schengen on 19 June 1990 ;
2° The administration stamp when leaving the territories of Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, La Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon or the collectivities of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin bound for any country, other than a Member State of the European Union, the Republic of Iceland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, the Kingdom of Norway or the Swiss Confederation.
